PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead the NA Solution Consulting & Value Engineering organization, spanning solution architects, demo engineers, and value engineers across strategic segments.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to shape strategy and drive outcomes. This role requires 10+ years in technical sales with 3+ years in leadership, deep SaaS/cloud experience, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management role.
• Proven track record partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue across diverse customers.
• Experience selling SaaS and cloud technologies to IT Operations, Engineering, or CTO offices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar value-selling frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage strategic account pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for the North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org.
• Represent Customer Engineering in partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership.
• Build scalable systems, playbooks, and a Global Center of Excellence for demo standards.
• Hire and mentor team members to scale the organization into the future.
• Drive POVs, reference architectures, and executive sponsorship in competitive deals.
• Own the full customer journey and protect net revenue retention through executive reviews.
