Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue to drive product direction, expand net revenue retention, and design scalable playbooks and POVs. You will recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing team while shaping reference architectures for strategic pursuits.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling, ensuring focused resources on high-impact opportunities and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive growth in technical sales roles with at least 3 years in a senior-level people management.
• Strategic leadership with proven revenue generation across a wide range of customers and their technologies.
• Experience selling into SaaS/Cloud tech and IT operations, with working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for our North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org, spanning architects, demo engineers, and value engineers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction, customer success, and net revenue retention.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks, establishing a Global Center of Excellence for demo engineering standards and POV methodologies.
• Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team and lead them into the future.
• Collaborate with regional peers to optimize sales motions and reference architectures for strategic pursuits.
• Own the full customer journey, protect and grow NRR, surface expansion opportunities, and drive executive-level reviews.
