Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic engagements with US-based CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering. You will align customers’ long-term digital operations needs with PagerDuty’s platform, evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, and guide complex architectural discussions.

You will mentor technical sales teams, drive executive-level advisory conversations on AIOps, SRE, and cloud migration, and stay ahead of market trends to influence the US roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS/DevOps/cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record engaging with C-level execs at Fortune 500/global enterprises
• Ability to influence sales cycles with deep customer understanding
• Experience with Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, or cybersecurity incident response
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the US and occasionally overseas

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical face of PagerDuty across the US region for executive-level engagements.
• Represent PagerDuty at major industry events and in high-quality digital content.
• Collaborate with Global Product and Engineering leadership to align US market needs with the roadmap.
• Provide architectural oversight and executive presence on high-stakes enterprise opportunities.
• Mentor sales teams and advise on AI in operations, reliability, and cloud migration.
• Identify market shifts and trends to shape competitive positioning.
