Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, with at least 2+ years directly managing and developing a team of Account Executives.
• Deep industry expertise in Automotive, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Technology, or Consumer Goods.
• Track record of leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals, coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies.
• Experience leading sales teams across the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of eight Account Executives across multiple industries, coaching through complex AI transformation deals and managing pipeline and revenue targets.
• Define and execute a vertical sales strategy for the Agentforce Operations product suite to penetrate existing Salesforce customers and land new logos.
