Job summary

Planet Green Search is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales for a remote role focused on AI cybersecurity. You will own and scale our global channel program with partners across resellers, integrators, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.

You will build a high-performing channel team, own executive partner relationships, and drive significant indirect revenue while collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams. Travel 40–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in a senior channel leadership role (Director/VP).
• Proven track record building scaleable channel programs delivering 30%+ of revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, alliances).
• Identify, recruit, onboard and enable strategic partners to drive indirect revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team including channel managers and partner marketing resources.
• Own executive-level partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support and deal registration.
• Design and manage partner programs, portals, pricing, SPIFs/MDF, and performance metrics.
