Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to build and scale a global channel and partnerships program in the AI cybersecurity space. This remote leadership role reports to executive leadership and focuses on accelerating go-to-market through resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and tech alliances.

You will recruit and lead a channel team, design programs, negotiate joint business plans, and drive partner-sourced revenue while collaborating with direct sales, marketing, and product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• 5+ years in senior channel leadership (Director/VP) roles.
• Proven track record of 30%+ channel-driven revenue at high-growth companies.
• Deep relationships with major cybersecurity channel players.
• Strong ability to recruit and manage MSSPs, GSIs, and tech alliances.
• Data-driven with CRM/PRM, analytics, and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances).
• Lead a high-performing channel team; scale as the program grows.
• Manage executive partner relationships and joint business plans.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
• Design partner programs, training, portals, pricing, and metrics.
• Forecast channel pipeline and report ROI and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at events and in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
