Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global partner program in AI cybersecurity. This remote role reports to executive leadership and will drive indirect revenue through VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.

You will recruit partners, build a high-performing team, manage joint business plans, and collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize channel pipeline and ROI. Travel is expected ~40–50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• At least 5 years in a senior channel leadership role (Director/VP).
• Proven track record building and scaling channel programs contributing 30%+ of revenue at high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across partners.
• Identify, recruit, onboard strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team (managers, partner marketing).
• Own executive-level partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success for channel support and solutions.
