Planet Green Holdings, a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company, seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global channel and partnerships program. You will recruit and enable strategic partners, build a high-performing team, and report to executive leadership in a remote-capable role.

You will lead partner recruitment, frameworks, and incentives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and ensure alignment with security goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive 30%+ revenue from channel partners at high-growth companies.
• Strong relationships with major cybersecurity channel players (e.g., Optiv, SHI, CDW, Deloitte, PwC).
• Experience recruiting and managing MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners (VARs, distributors, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team with managers and partner marketing resources.
• Manage executive-level partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and co-selling agreements.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support and deal registration.
