Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global partner network for AI cybersecurity. You will recruit, enable, and lead partners such as MSSPs, GSIs, distributors, and technology alliances to accelerate indirect revenue growth and drive strategic initiatives.

This role requires a proven track record at high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS companies, deep relationships with major channel players, a data-driven approach to forecasting, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• 5+ years in a senior channel leadership role (Director/VP).
• Proven track record of building channel programs contributing 30%+ of revenue at high-growth companies.
• Deep relationships with key cybersecurity channel players (Optiv, SHI, CDW, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture).
• Experience recruiting and managing MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Identify, recruit, onboard strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances).
• Lead a channel team (managers, partner marketing resources) as the program scales.
• Own executive partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans and co-selling agreements.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support.
