Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to build and scale our global partner program from the ground up. This leadership role reports to executive leadership and drives go-to-market through resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and alliances in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

You will recruit and enable partners, lead a high-performing channel team, and design incentive structures while collaborating with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize revenue and

Competenze

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software; senior leadership experience (Director/VP).
• Proven track record building and scaling channel programs contributing 30%+ of revenue at high-growth vendors.
• Strong relationships with major cybersecurity channel players and ecosystems.
• MBA is a plus; willingness to travel ~40–50%.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances).
• Build and lead a channel team and manage executive partner relationships.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success for enablement and deal support.
• Design partner programs with certification, portals, pricing, and metrics.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue and forecast channel performance; report ROI and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.
• Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends and partner needs in DLP/IRM/data security.
