Hirschbach Motor Lines seeks a Senior Director – Operations Dedicated to lead and manage dedicated account operations across all shifts, ensuring service excellence, driver support, and proactive issue resolution.

You will oversee an on-site team, coordinate with customer leadership, monitor fleet utilization, KPI performance, and financial results, and drive 24/7 coverage, safety, and continuous improvement across 200+ trucks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transportation or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations.
• Proven ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operations staff across multiple shifts with a focus on safety.
• Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor fleet utilization, route efficiency, and productivity to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with customer leadership on business reviews and strategic objectives.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and seamless handoffs between day and night shifts.
• Oversee 200+ truck dedicated account and manage staffing and resources.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
