Job Summary:
The Senior Director – Operations Dedicated is responsible for leading and managing dedicated account operations during all business hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role ensures seamless communication and execution across shifts while maintaining service excellence, driver support, and proactive issue resolution. The Senior Director oversees all operations team members and partners with on-site customer leadership to maintain continuity, address challenges, and meet customer expectations.
