Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality is preferred.
• CDM certification is preferred or required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food service program at a single site, ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Train staff and perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
• Communicate directives from clients and administrators to staff.
