Guild seeks a Sr. Digital and Web Marketing Manager to own Guild.com and run paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels. You’ll optimize the site in a headless CMS, run campaigns with precision, and partner with creatives to improve performance.

You will analyze data, run A/B tests, and drive conversions from the buyer journey while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with revenue goals. This role offers remote work options across the US.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on web management and paid media.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads—either directly in-platform or through agency oversight.
• Comfortable making front-end edits in HTML/CSS, implementing scripts and pixels via tag manager, and working with a dev agency to QA and ship web changes.
• Experience with CMS platforms (ideally headless CMS) and web content management workflows.
• Solid analytical skills: able to build reports, interpret data, and make optimization decisions independently.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail; able to juggle multiple workstreams across stakeholders.

• Own the corporate website management and prioritize web builds and projects across business units and stakeholders.
• Execute day-to-day website operations: publishing new content, building landing pages, and making front-end edits in Storyblok CMS.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new web tools to improve site conversion, including chatbots and on-site personalization platforms.
• Define and execute Guild's SEO and AEO strategy from technical health to content optimization.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships for web development, coordinating scoping, QA, and deployment.
