Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, systems, governance, and operating routines that scale Digital growth. You will own the revenue operating model across pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM governance, and growth reporting.

Lead multi-year roadmaps and drive improvements in data quality, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable revenue growth across offerings, industries, and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years in revenue or sales operations with leadership experience.
• Experience designing and scaling revenue operations in professional services or SaaS.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership on forecasting, CRM governance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Digital revenue operating model, including pipeline governance, forecasting, and revenue tech.
• Advise growth leadership on pipeline health, risks, and scalability to improve productivity.
• Develop a multi-year revenue operations roadmap aligned with Digital growth priorities.
• Lead process, reporting, and governance improvements to boost adoption and growth.
• Oversee lead management, sales processes, and pre-sales handoffs for consistency.
• Collaborate with CLA Enablement and FP&A to align forecasting with financial reporting.
