CLA is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, and systems enabling scalable digital growth. You will own the revenue operating model across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM governance, lead management, and reporting.

Your role includes developing multi-year roadmaps, driving governance improvements, and ensuring data integrity across offerings, industries, and geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue/sales operations or related leadership role.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling revenue ops in large, complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the revenue operating model, including pipeline governance, forecasting, and CRM priorities.
• Lead planning, reporting, and analytics to support growth and executive decisions.
• Establish governance for pipeline, lead-to-win standards, data quality, and territory/account segmentation.
