CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, and systems enabling scalable digital growth. The role owns the revenue operating model across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM governance, lead management, and growth reporting.

The ideal candidate has a track record in revenue or sales operations within professional services or SaaS, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a background in leveraging data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of revenue/sales operations or related leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling revenue ops in professional services or SaaS.
• Partnering with senior leadership on forecasting, CRM governance, and growth metrics.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, finance, analytics, and tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital revenue operating model, pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, and data integrity.
• Lead KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting standards for growth.
• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, ownership, and territory/account segmentation.
