Job summary

CLA, a top national professional services firm, seeks a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, and systems that enable scalable digital growth across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM governance, and revenue technology.

The role drives governance, dashboards, and reporting standards, partners with senior leadership, and oversees lead management, sales processes, and cross-functional enablement to optimize revenue performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Certifications in revenue/sales/marketing operations or related analytics are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Digital revenue operating model including pipeline governance and revenue technology priorities.
• Lead pipeline health forecasting and governance across CRM and data platforms.
• Establish dashboards and reporting standards across offerings, geographies, and teams.
• Drive lead management, sales process enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to improve revenue performance.
