Job summary

CLA is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, systems, governance, and routines for scalable digital growth. This role owns the revenue operating model across pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM governance, lead management, growth reporting, revenue technology, and sales process execution.

Responsibilities include leading growth planning, analytics, and governance across offerings and geographies, establishing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

10 years of revenue operations or related leadership experience.
Experience designing and scaling revenue operations in professional services or tech.
Strong forecasting, CRM governance, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue operations strategy, governance, and tool priorities.
Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting standards.
Drive lead-to-win processes, CRM adoption, and data quality.
Partner with senior leadership on growth planning and performance metrics.
Oversee initiatives using AI, automation, analytics, and workflow improvements.
