Job summary

CLA is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, and governance that enable scalable digital growth across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM, and revenue technology.

You will own the revenue operating model, partner with digital growth leadership, and drive cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, and enablement to improve performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10 years of revenue or sales operations leadership.
• Experience in professional services or SaaS environments preferred.
• Partnership with senior leadership on forecasting, pipeline, governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Digital revenue operating model and governance.
• Develop multi-year revenue operations roadmap aligned with growth goals.
• Lead KPI reporting, dashboards, and data quality across offerings and geographies.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecasting, and CRM standards.
• Drive enablement tools and sales plays with stakeholders.
