Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead the strategy, processes, systems, governance, and operating routines for scalable digital growth. You will own the revenue operating model across pipeline management, sales forecasting, CRM governance, lead management, growth reporting, revenue technology, and sales process execution.

The role demands strong collaboration with Digital growth leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

10 years of revenue/sales operations leadership experience.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on forecasts, CRM governance, and reporting.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, finance, enablement, analytics, technology, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the revenue operating model, including pipeline governance, forecasts, and revenue technology priorities.
Lead reporting and analytics for growth planning and executive decision-making.
Maintain CRM data integrity and governance across territories, segments, and accounts.
Collaborate with FP&A to reconcile operational and financial reporting and resolve data issues.
Drive enablement tools, campaigns, and plays with stakeholders to support revenue growth.
