CLA is seeking a Digital Revenue Operations Director to lead strategy, processes, systems, governance, and operating routines enabling scalable digital growth. The role owns the revenue operating model across pipeline management, forecasting, CRM governance, lead management, growth reporting, revenue technology, and sales process execution.

Qualificações

• 10 years in revenue/sales operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience designing and scaling revenue ops in professional services or tech.
• Partnering with senior leadership on forecasting and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, finance, analytics, and IT.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the revenue operating model with pipeline governance and forecasting.
• Lead growth planning reporting with KPI tracking and executive reviews.
• Establish CRM governance, data quality, and territory/account segmentation.
• Oversee lead management, sales process enablement, and revenue enablement tooling.
