Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to partner with Core Account Executives, expanding our digital footprint within existing customers.

You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, driving new opportunities and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data 360). You will work with the Core AE to align account strategy, manage pipeline, and coordinate with multiple Salesforce teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Ability to manage existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell or focus on new logos in a hunter role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota; experience as a specialist/overlay seller.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders; drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning; coordinate with Prime and Cloud sales resources for alignment.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Articulate Salesforce value propositions tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
• Drive growth via new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce.
