Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Digital Pace Specialist AE to partner with Core AEs and expand our digital footprint within existing customers.

You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while the Core AE handles broader Sales and Service relationships. You will drive opportunities, whitespace and cross-sell across the Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360 portfolios.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota as a specialist or overlay seller.
Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level and above.

Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy.
Partner with Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
Perform account planning at assigned accounts with Prime and Cloud sales resources.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
Share Salesforce value propositions tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Drive growth within assigned accounts through new opportunities and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce.
