Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint within existing customers. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders while partnering with Core AEs to grow opportunities across the Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360 portfolios.

You will drive account strategy, coordinate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams, and forecast pipeline while maintaining Salesforce’s high standards for customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts for upsell/cross-sell and acquire new logos.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota as a specialist or overlay seller.
• Understanding of MarTech, Commerce, customer data or digital ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned to client objectives.
• Collaborate with Core AE/Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
• Coordinate with internal Salesforce teams to meet customer business needs.
• Present Salesforce value through outcomes like personalization and revenue lifecycle efficiency.
• Drive growth within accounts through opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell.
