Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Iridio by RRD to drive net-new enterprise growth and cultivate high-value brand and agency partnerships.

This role demands a hunter mindset and a proven ability to win complex, multi-touch deals, with a strong network across decision-makers in brand marketing and advertising agencies. You will lead data-driven, consultative selling of digital media, data targeting, and omnichannel solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent sales experience.
• 5+ years of direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech sales.
• 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise brand and agency clients.
• Leverage relationships to build a robust sales pipeline and revenue growth.
• Conduct data-driven, consultative selling of digital media, data targeting, and omnichannel solutions.
• Develop tailored media strategies and pitches for C-suite audiences.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful execution with internal teams.
• Stay informed on digital advertising trends, retail media networks, and data privacy developments.
• Maintain accurate forecast and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
