Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• 5+ years in direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech solution sales.
• 7+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with net-new business success.
• Established network of decision-makers across brand marketers and agencies.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing new enterprise brand and agency clients.
• Leverage an existing network of industry decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct data-driven consultative sales processes aligning Iridio’s solutions with client goals.
• Develop innovative, customized media strategies and pitch frameworks for C-suite audiences.
• Act as trusted advisor, delivering market insights and ensuring flawless solution execution with internal teams.
• Maintain expert knowledge of digital advertising trends, retail media networks, and data privacy developments.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and opportunity tracking in the CRM.
