Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Iridio by RRD to drive growth among enterprise brand and agency clients. You will consult executives, translate marketing challenges into campaigns, and lead multi-stakeholder deals with internal teams to align resources with client goals.

The role requires a proven hunter with 5+ years in digital media/AdTech sales, a wide industry network, and strong CRM/Office proficiency. This is a remote position with regional travel in New England.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech solution sales experience.
• 7+ years in a quota carrying sales role; hunter background required.
• Demonstrated track record of quota over-achievement in net-new business acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business with enterprise brand and agency clients.
• Leverage established relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct data-driven consultative sales aligning solutions with client goals.
• Develop innovative media strategies for C-suite audiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
