Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Iridio by RRD, a principal sales role responsible for driving growth, securing net-new enterprise accounts, and cultivating high-value brand and agency partnerships. You will engage directly with client executives to deliver sophisticated digital media products, data targeting capabilities, and omnichannel strategies.

This role requires a hunter mindset, deep MarTech knowledge, and the ability to translate marketing challenges into impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination will be evaluated.
• 5+ years direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech sales experience.
• 7+ years in a quota carrying sales role with net-new business focus.
• Established network of decision-makers across brand marketers and agencies.
• Proven track record of quota over-achievement in hunter roles.
• Experience leading multi-touch consultative sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new enterprise brand and agency client growth.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to build pipeline and revenue.
• Conduct data-driven consultative sales aligning solutions with client goals.
• Develop innovative media strategies and pitch frameworks for executives.
• Manage client relationships and ensure flawless solution execution.
• Maintain market knowledge of digital advertising trends and identity solutions.
• Forecast and track opportunities in the CRM with accuracy.
