Job summary

RRD's Iridio by RRD unit is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise accounts and cultivate high-value brand and agency partnerships. The role demands a hunter mindset and the ability to consult with client executives to deliver digital media products, data targeting capabilities, and omnichannel strategies.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, maintain a strong industry network, and manage complex multi-touch sales cycles from prospect to contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct digital media or AdTech/MarTech solution sales.
• 7+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a track record of quota over-achievement.
• Active network across brand marketers and advertising agencies.
• Experience leading multi-touch consultative sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business across key commercial verticals.
• Leverage established relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct data-driven consultative selling aligning solutions with client goals.
• Develop customized media strategies for C-suite audiences.
• Maintain trusted advisory relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on digital advertising ecosystem trends and privacy developments.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts in the CRM.
