Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product Manager for Developer Experience to shape strategy, roadmaps, and adoption for the Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with senior engineers, platform and cloud teams, and operations communities to reduce onboarding friction and improve time to value.
The role emphasizes product clarity, prioritization, validation, and execution discipline while operating as a staff-level contributor across teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management or technical product roles.
- 7+ years defining strategy, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for complex platforms.
- 7+ years partnering with senior engineers and architects in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog and roadmap strategy across multiple teams and domains.
- Align stakeholders with engineering and product leadership on priorities.
- Engage deeply with engineers to inform product decisions without hands-on implementation.
- Define readiness, rollout, dependencies, and adoption criteria for platform capabilities.
- Advocate for developers, platform teams, SREs, and operations users with evidence-based validation.
