Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead the strategy, roadmap and adoption of the Enterprise Observability Platform. You will collaborate with senior engineering leaders, architects and cloud teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry usage and incident response.

This is a staff‑level role focused on outcomes, governance and sustainable platform adoption. You will guide product clarity and prioritization, balancing near-term wins with long-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or technical product roles.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and backlog for complex platforms.
• Ability to translate platform telemetry and data flow into product decisions.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog direction and long-term roadmap for CVS Health's Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP).
• Partner with senior engineers, platform, cloud and operations teams to reduce onboarding friction and improve time to value.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and product needs across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Define readiness criteria, adoption metrics and success criteria for EOP capabilities.
• Advocate for developers and operators, ensuring actionable feedback drives prioritization.
