Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Desktop Technician III in Tulsa, OK. You will provide advanced Tier II/III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals, and ensure compliant operation of Windows and enterprise software.

Role requires strong troubleshooting, customer service, and ability to work with government cybersecurity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum three years of hands-on enterprise IT support.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience installing/configuring Windows OS and network connectivity.
• GIS/AutoCAD experience is a plus; federal government IT envs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and software.
• Maintain Microsoft Windows in enterprise IT environments.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/network issues and related infrastructure.
• Support GIS and AutoCAD applications for end users.
• Document incidents in ticketing systems and adhere to SLAs.
• Ensure cybersecurity policies and procedures are followed.
