Wichita Tribal Enterprises, a subsidiary of Quivera Enterprises, LLC, seeks a Desktop Technician III in Albuquerque, NM to provide advanced Tier II/III technical support for end-user computing environments supporting federal government operations.

You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise software while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and reliable IT operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on technical support in IT environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced Tier II/III technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and enterprise software applications.
• Support and maintain Windows operating systems in enterprise IT environments.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/server/network issues and related infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring problems.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on IT systems and best practices.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ITSM systems.
• Collaborate with teams and government personnel to resolve escalated incidents.
