Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and software in enterprise environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LANs, servers, switches).
• Support Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and enterprise apps.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
