Quivera Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Desktop Technician V to provide expert-level enterprise desktop support, technical leadership, and project management for the DOI/IA enterprise user environment.

You will oversee complex desktop support operations, drive technology initiatives, establish operational standards, and mentor staff while ensuring reliability, security, and efficient end-user computing across multiple federal teams.

Formación

• Minimum five years of professional IT technical support experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading technical projects, system deployments, and enterprise IT initiatives.
• Experience providing direction to desktop support personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Enterprise technical support and advanced troubleshooting for complex desktops.
• Serve as senior technical authority and escalation resource for enterprise desktop support.
• Diagnose and resolve critical incidents affecting multiple users and environments.
• Lead enterprise desktop technology projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate resources and deployments across teams and locations.
• Provide leadership to desktop technicians and IT staff; mentor and guide colleagues.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to align activities with mission requirements.
• Develop standards, procedures, and knowledge resources for desktop support.
• Support cybersecurity/compliance efforts in line with NIST/FISMA guidance.
