Quivera Enterprises, LLC's Wichita Tribal Enterprises is seeking an experienced Desktop Technician III to support federal government operations in Fort Duchesne, Utah. The role installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and enterprise software with Tier II/III support.

You will ensure security compliance, SLAs, and effective end-user assistance, while collaborating with network, systems, cybersecurity, and other IT teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field required or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on enterprise IT technical support experience.
Proficient with Windows OS, Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to diagnose hardware, software and network issues.
Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements and SLAs.

Responsabilités

Provide Tier II/III technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
Support Microsoft Windows and LAN connectivity within enterprise IT environments.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
