Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, OS, and enterprise software.
• Support and maintain Windows operating systems in enterprise IT environments.
