Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III desktop support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and apps.
• Maintain Windows systems and address network connectivity issues.
• Support GIS, AutoCAD, and other mission-critical software.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
