Job summary

Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and 2 support for the desktop environment at our corporate office and remote locations. You will deploy desktops and laptops, support VPN connectivity, and assist with server/network related tasks as needed.

The role requires handling escalated issues, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to Exchange and Active Directory management. On-call after hours may be required for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 1 and 2 desktop support.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, research and troubleshoot computer system issues remotely or on-site.
• Serve as main point of contact for escalated issues and complex problems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty repairs and replacements.
• Assist with management of Exchange and Active Directory environments.
• Assist with management of mobile devices via Intune/AirWatch.
• Own and drive implementation of new software and upgrades.
• Utilize incident and request management processes for tracking and reporting.
• Provide on-call emergency services after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
