Job summary

ContinuServe is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to deliver day-to-day on-site desktop support at a client location five days per week, with remote support as needed. The role supports enterprise IT needs, including networks, servers, and devices, and offers exposure to modern tech infrastructure.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IT support, strong Windows expertise, and experience with Enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows-based networks and endpoints.
• 3+ years programming and troubleshooting firewalls and switches (Meraki/Ubiquiti).
• Experience with Windows software deployment, patches, and third-party apps.
• Experience managing telecommunications systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop, laptop, printer, network, and server support.
• Support IT infrastructure remotely and on-site at client location.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Work with managers and other engineers to meet SLAs and customer service standards.
• Troubleshoot network/system issues on-premise or remote.
• Represent the company professionally within client environments.
