Job summary

ContinuServe is a tech-enabled outsourcing firm delivering finance, accounting, HR, and tech services with a focus on operational excellence. The Senior Desktop Support Engineer provides on-site daily desktop support at a client location, with remote assistance as needed, and ensures timely resolution of incidents.

This role requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, server administration, and strong customer service skills to maintain service levels and support complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows networks and endpoint devices.
• Experience installing Windows software, patches, and updates, and third-party applications.
• Experience managing and administering telecommunications systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level server-based applications in a service desk or call center.
• Advanced proficiency with Windows Server family (AD, GPO, Intune, IIS).
• Familiarity with macOS and Apple devices.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP, including user support and basic troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• On-site at a client location five days per week.
• Desire to learn and support the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop, laptop, printers, networks, and servers support.
• Support the client’s IT infrastructure remotely and on-site.
• Work with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software.
• Collaborate with Managers and Engineers to meet SLAs and provide world-class service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, on-premise or remote.
• Represent the company professionally within the client environment.
• Other duties as required.
