Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter to shape talent acquisition strategy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on design recruiting. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs, strengthen sourcing plans, and drive process improvements in hiring.

You will leverage data-driven market insights, portfolio reviews, and competitive offers to attract top design talent and optimize interview practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related area; 2 years in talent acquisition or 4 years in related fields
• Expertise in recruiting design talent across various design disciplines
• Ability to review and assess design portfolios effectively
• Experience developing structured, skills-based interview processes for design roles
• Proficiency in analyzing recruiting metrics and market data to improve recruitment strategies

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers on talent availability and compensation using market analytics
• Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Design targeted sourcing approaches based on competitor analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve interview frameworks
