Ladders is seeking a Talent Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for a fast-moving healthcare organization in a fully remote role. You will build sourcing strategies, raise the hiring bar, and partner with hiring stakeholders to ensure speed, rigor, and a strong candidate experience from outreach to offer.

The position emphasizes hard-to-fill searches, senior leadership hiring, and pipeline management across the healthcare space, with a focus on delivering high-quality hires remotely.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for challenging searches.
• Proven track record of improving the talent bar with successful hires.
• Ability to rapidly convert vague candidate profiles into actionable sourcing plans.
• Experience in recruiting senior leadership, with understanding of nuances in the process.
• Strong judgment in evaluating candidate qualifications and making quick hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates
• Create effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Enhance and maintain high hiring standards throughout all searches
• Ensure robust pipeline management and candidate communication in the applicant tracking system
• Identify potential risks in the hiring pipeline and address them proactively
• Facilitate a smooth candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance
