Ladders, a leader in Finance & Insurance recruitment, is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Executive and Leadership for remote work. The role centers on executive and leadership hiring across core business functions, with emphasis on Director and VP-level searches.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape search strategy, build market maps, and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market, delivering a thoughtful candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a growing company.
• Proven track record in Director+ searches, particularly in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data.
• Established relationships with senior leaders, ideally CTOs or VPs of Engineering.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches for Director and VP roles across key business areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create market maps.
• Engage with senior candidates and represent the organization's leadership team.
• Use market data to guide hiring strategies and identify potential issues.
• Organize executive talent events to build a network for future roles.
• Participate in urgent hiring sprints across the organization.
• Ensure a memorable candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
