Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our IT leadership space in a remote capacity. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical talent, with a strong emphasis on engineering and infrastructure hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers to shape search strategy and move hard-to-find candidates through the process.

Success comes from building strong pipelines, delivering a high-touch candidate experience, and strengthening the Talent team’s recruiting playbooks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, primarily in-house
• Proven track record of owning and closing senior and staff-level engineering searches
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with engineers about their work
• Proactive sourcing skills with a focus on building a strong talent bench
• Experience recruiting for infrastructure, developer tools, open source, or AI companies
• Experience building or rebuilding recruiting processes from scratch
• Ability to attract top talent in competition with big tech offers

Responsibilities

• Own 8-10 engineering and technical searches from kickoff to signed offer
• Collaborate with engineering hiring managers to clarify role requirements and market alignment
• Proactively source hard-to-find infrastructure, backend, SDK, and AI engineers
• Understand candidate motivations and develop tailored strategies to engage them
• Build talent pipelines for frequently hired roles to streamline future searches
• Ensure a transparent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to the development of sourcing playbooks and interview kits for the Talent team
