Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of high-priority searches, partnering closely with hiring managers and people leadership to define roles and accelerate hiring outcomes.

The role requires a sourcing mindset, high standards for candidate quality, and the judgment to balance speed with rigor in a fast-moving environment. Remote work is supported in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing mindset with ability to balance speed and rigor.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring process for 5-10 high-priority searches.
• Partner with hiring managers and people leadership to shape role definitions and intake conversations.
• Ensure data accuracy and process consistency in the recruitment platform.
• Set high performance standards for candidates while accelerating hiring.
• Build trust with hiring managers through transparency and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance hiring strategies and training programs.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and speed up decision-making and closings.
