Ladders is seeking a Senior Robotics Recruiter to partner with leadership in delivering top talent across robotics, technical, and hardware roles. This remote role emphasizes deep sourcing, proactive candidate engagement, and building strong pipelines that align with client goals.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to design targeted sourcing strategies, manage stakeholder expectations, and embed best practices in talent acquisition within a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical and hardware recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience in Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
