Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability in outbound sourcing and pipeline creation.
• Familiarity with advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray search.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Strong communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
• Self-directed and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted sourcing strategies for various functions.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies using AI tools.
• Shape sourcing approaches through testing channels and messaging.
• Utilize AI-enabled workflows to enhance sourcing quality and efficiency.
