Glean is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to create and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive growth. You’ll partner with sales, partner teams, and marketing to generate net-new leads and influence opportunities in our target markets.

From multi-channel demand campaigns to targeted ABM, you’ll leverage data to optimize performance, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation.
• Proven ability to drive multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Excellent alignment with sales, product marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns to generate leads and pipeline.
• Manage webinar programs from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with BDRs and sales to enable campaigns and messaging.
• Partner with product marketing and creative to craft compelling messaging and assets.
• Identify opportunities for new lead generation and ABM for high-value accounts.
• Use data to optimize strategies, track performance, and improve cost-effectiveness.
• Lead lifecycle management of campaigns from initiation to post-campaign reporting.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
